Birthdays, Birthdays...

February was such a busy birthday month for us. We celebrated PopPop's, Poppa's, Daddy's, and Nonna's Birthdays. Lily has gotten so use to having a birthday dinner every weekend, that when we sit down at the table and we have company, she thinks we are going to have a cake. She gets so excited when you light the candles, we usually have to light and relight them for her. So I guess I only have pictures from Poppa's and Daddy's birthday celebrations, probably because they were at our house and I didn't forget my camera!!! This year PopPop celebrated his 50th birthday on Feb. 8th. We celebrated with a suprise fish fry. Lots of fun was had by all and PopPop was really suprised!! If you want to see pictures you will have to visit Brooke's blog for she had the camera at the party. Same goes for Nonna's birthday as well.

So this is Lily's new trick, holding the candles between her toes. This entertained her for a good 30 minutes!!

Sew What Fun

So, I have decided to break out the ole Bernina, and start sewing!! Here are a few things I have made, nothing fancy!!

What a Suprise...

to wake up Monday morning to this!! So I would say we had around 5 or 6 inches of snow on the ground Monday morning when we got up. It was so much fun watching Lily play in her first real snowfall. Sorry I did not get a whole lot of pics, but it is kinda hard to hold Lily, play in the snow, and take pictures!!

Pet fish. When we were at Wal-mart yesterday, we went by the fish aisle. Big mistake!! Lily just loved all the fish. We were there for at least ten minutes, before I decided to get us one to bring home!! We don't have a name for our fish yet, but Lily seems to be calling him Elmo!!

This is a picture of my Christmas Cactus. I have had this since Caleb and I got married, which will be six years this March! This is the first year it has bloomed on Christmas.
