What a weekend...

We have had a busy few days lately. Saturday, we went to a Wedding Shower in Marvell for a frined of mine. I must say, Lily was the hit of the shower!!! Sunday, we got a visit for Aunt Brooke and Uncle Ray. Lily just had such a wonderful time. I can tell this because she played with them all afternoon while I worked in the yard. She didn't even cry for me one time!! Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Have a great week...

Today Lily wore a dress my Aunt Linda had smocked for her. We are so lucky to have such a talented family. Thanks so much for the dress, we just love it and it fit perfectly.

Party Dress and Toy of the day...

Today we went to our friend Ava's 1st birthday party. We had such a great time. However I did not have my camera, but I did get a few shots of Lily in her new party dress.

Lily's toy of the day, was the Pampers box. She played with this box for at least 3o minutes.

Beautiful Day...

Since today was such a pretty day, we spent most of our time outside. Lily played with her new bubbles she got from the Easter Bunny while I did alittle yard work. She loved trying to catch the bubbles as they floated by.

So, I put Lily down to play with her Jungle, while I ran to the bathroom. I was gone maybe a total of 2 minutes. When I came back this is how I found her.

Easter Weekend

Wow! What a busy Easter weekend we have had! We started out Friday night at Grand and Popa's house for supper. We had a great steak dinner with Grand, Popa, Aunt Megan, and Uncle Adam. Saturday afternoon we went to Two-Mama's to have Easter with Caleb's family. We had such a great time with all the cousins, the weather was great as well as the food. Sunday morning we went to church with my family and shared a great lunch with them. Lily had such a wonderful first Easter...thanks for all the great presents she got from everyone!!

Making Strawberry Jam

Today I decided to try my luck at making jam, thanks to the great help of Nancy. It was a great success and quite delicious.
